Mediation

Under Florida law, in most circumstances, parties are required to mediate before they appear before the Judge. In many cases, an agreement can be reached at mediation, which then avoids an expensive court hearing. Mediation is a wonderful tool to greatly reduce litigation fees and costs, provided that both sides are reasonable in their demands. Our approach is always to try and achieve a resolution of your particular case through mediation, but only if that agreement is in your best interest. If not, we will fight to protect your rights and interests through trial.
